PAID TIME OFF & PARENTAL LEAVE

Time off allows our employees to relax, re-energize, and have fun! We observe eight paid holidays, and employees earn paid time off at rates corresponding to years of employment. Employees can also roll over 40 hours of unused PTO into the following year.

Family is important at Foley and is a core part of our company and culture. That’s why we provide paid parental leave to give employees time to care for and bond with a newborn baby or newly adopted child.
